The points below are how Lucidity handles your content and your guest data, and the terms a founding hotel contracts on. If your group has questions this page does not answer, ask and we will answer them plainly.

Where Lucidity connects to a property management system or a document library it reads and never writes. Payment card data is excluded entirely.
Each person sees what their job needs. Access to guest information is controlled by role and logged, and the log is available to you.
Answers come from your library. Lucidity does not use general AI knowledge to answer questions about your policies, procedures or guests.
Your documents and your guest data are not used to train any model, ours or a third party’s.
On termination your content is deleted within thirty days, with written confirmation once it is done.
A data processing agreement, a plain summary of what is held, where, for how long and how it is deleted, and a list of the sub-processors involved.
If your group has a security questionnaire, send it. We would rather answer it early than late.
