Only what you send us. Through the contact form that is your name, work email, hotel or group, the nature of your enquiry, and anything else you choose to add, such as a phone number, property and room counts, or a message. If you email or call us directly we hold that correspondence.
To respond to your enquiry, arrange a walkthrough, and continue the conversation if you want one. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries we have been asked to respond to.
Our website is hosted by Netlify and form submissions are processed through Netlify Forms and reach us by email. We do not sell your details and we do not share them for marketing.
For as long as the enquiry is live, and for up to twenty-four months afterwards in case you come back to us. Ask us to delete it sooner and we will.
