Fifteen years leading hotel IT

Lucidity AI was founded by Peter Lowe, Managing Director of TIO IT, a managed IT services business that has delivered network infrastructure, WiFi, cybersecurity and Microsoft 365 to hotel groups for over fifteen years.

That means we already know what a property management system looks like from the inside, what a brand standard folder actually contains, and why the duty manager’s phone rings at eleven at night.

Lucidity exists because we watched the same problem in every property we worked in. The answers were always there. Nobody could find them.

Founding Hotel Programme

Lucidity is in final stage development, and the first properties go live in a founding group of hotels whose owners have already committed.

Founding hotels receive closer implementation support, help shape the product, and secure preferential commercial terms.

Where it sits, and who can see it

In the UK

Runs on Microsoft Azure in the UK region, encrypted and isolated per property. Your content is never used to train anyone’s model.

Read only

Where Lucidity connects to a property management system it reads and never writes. Payment card data is excluded entirely.

Role based

Each person sees what their job needs and nothing else. Access to guest information is logged and available to you.

We provide a data processing agreement and a plain summary of what is held, where, for how long and how it is deleted. Security and data in full.
